TicketSwap’s Referral Program is offered by TicketSwap. You can access the up-to-date version of these Terms on our website anytime. By participating in the TicketSwap Referral Program, you agree to these Terms. The Referral Program allows existing TicketSwap users to invite new people to use the TicketSwap platform for the first time.
Referral Requirements
The Referral Program is available for all TicketSwap users, notwithstanding the limitations set out in these Terms. The discount code can only be used once by first time TicketSwap buyers (or Referee) for their first purchase. After a user sells a ticket and the buyer has marked the ticket as working, the seller (or Referring User) will receive a unique discount code that is tied to their account.
Rewards
The discount code will entitle a first time buyer to a discount of 5 euro. The discount code will be sent to the seller via email. The discount can be applied at checkout in the ‘Add discount code’ column. One unique discount code will be distributed per individual TicketSwap seller for referring other users. When the Referee makes a first purchase using the discount code, the seller will receive a new unique discount code that they can use themselves. The maximum number of times a code can be used by a Referee that makes their first purchase on TicketSwap depends on the country the Referring User is located in. At the moment the list is as follows:

Our liability
TicketSwap or her employees cannot be held liable for damage that may arise in any way from this Referral Program. TicketSwap is not responsible for any invalid code. TicketSwap does not give any guarantees on the discount codes. No rights can be derived from this Referral Program.
Personal data
TicketSwap will process your personal data solely for the purpose of executing this Referral Program. Your email address will be used in order to provide you with a unique personal discount code. All data processing will be done in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
